At Arihant Technocast India Private Ltd., we have adopted the unique Pepset (three part) casting process with no bake method. This process is considered the most suitable for the selected casting segment for steel and alloy industry.

It simplifies the complicated molding procedure for steel & alloy steel casting. It is suitable for steel industry due to its capacity to handle multiproduct production capacity.

Automation process includes auto mold transferring, mold painting, auto mold closing, mold drying, auto transfer to pouring line, and auto feeding for shaking procedures.

  • Manual Molding line with Booster plate of 2500 x 2500 – Imported from Spain
  • Shell Molding facility with 900 x 600 and 600 x 450 plate sizes.
• ATPL is also having in-house core making facility with the follows processes
  • Shell Core with 600x450 plate size
  • Two Cold Box Core shooters with 30 liters capacity each – imported from Spain
